The pre-enrollment fee is deducted from the first tuition installment in case of confirmation of enrollment.
No refund will be due in case of non-admission or in case you choose not to confirm enrollment.
Late payment fees
Late payment of university installments will incur a fixed late payment fee of €75.00.
IULM University supports the need for high-level specialized training by allowing it to finance Master's degrees with specific financing formulas and subsidized loans. For any information, interested parties can go to the on-campus counter, or alternatively contact the bank by phone at 02.8188861
For enrollees from the same company
The enrollment of multiple participants from the same company provides the following discounts:
- 10% on the second enrollee
- 15% on the third enrollee
- 20% on the fourth and subsequent enrollees
Application forAdmission
The application for admission can only be made at: http://servizionline.iulm.it/
> If you are an IULM student, enter your username and password to access your personal page; enter the secretariat section and select Admission Test/pre-enrollment.
> If you are a student from another University, proceed with registration and access your personal page.
NB: Once you have received your credentials you must login from the MENU section in the upper right hand corner of the page http://servizionline.iulm.it/; enter the secretariat section and select Admission tests/pre-enrollment.
From your personal page you will need to
- indicate the Master's program of your choice (you can submit multiple applications for different courses)
- enter the following documents in pdf format: (excluding students from IULM degree programs)
- valid ID (ID card, passport, driver's license)
- tax code, if not already present on the ID (only if Italian citizens)
- degree/enrollment certificate with exams taken (optional)

- make the online payment via PagoPA or print out the test admission fee payment notice. PLEASE NOTE: The payment notice that is generated at the end of the pre-registration process (amounting to 134.20 euros) is in the name of the participant, so the invoice will be issued in the name of the candidate.
PLEASE NOTE: The Master's program will be launched only when a minimum number of enrollments is reached: the secretariat will give notice, following the closing of enrollments, of the actual start of classes.
The application for admission is confirmed only after the verification by the Banking Institute of the payment of the admission fee of €134.20 deductible from the first installment of the registration fee, in case of confirmation of enrollment and after verification of the documents uploaded during pre-enrollment.
No refund will be due to you in case you choose not to confirm the enrollment.
PLEASE NOTE: This procedure is the same for enrollment from individuals as well as for corporate and VAT-registered enrollment

In the case of corporate/VAT-registered enrollment, it is also necessary to send, upon completion of the online process, an email to the addresses [email protected] and [email protected] confirming the type of enrollment. More information can be found at this link.
SelectionsOnce the documents have been received, and after an initial verification of them, the secretariat contacts the candidates to schedule a selection interview with the Master's coordinator aimed at ascertaining the candidates' motivation and personal aptitudes
If successful, the candidate may proceed with enrollment in the Master's program. He/she will be contacted by the Secretariat to receive all instructions and guidance on the documents to be submitted to finalize his/her enrollment. The first installment must be paid upon matriculation, subsequent installments will be paid according to the terms and deadlines indicated on the Master's webpage.
Each installment must be paid through the PagoPA notice that can be downloaded directly from the personal page of the online secretarial services and contains the necessary information for payment at banks or qualified institutions or proceed directly to the online payment.

IULM Communication School offers professionals and companies the opportunity to enroll their employees in a Specialized or Executive Master's degree, highly specialized training paths to promote the updating and acquisition of new specific skills. The pre-enrollment fee must be paid by the participant through special PagoPA notice downloadable at the end of the online pre-enrollment process. The remaining amount can be paid either by the participant himself or by the company. In both cases, an invoice will be issued.
